HOUSE RULES 

 

  1. Standard Check-in time is 3:00pm; Standard Check-out time is 12:00nn 
  2. Registered Guest and his/her companions must present a valid ID upon registration. Guests exceeding the allowable number of persons for a given room shall be subject to our Extra Person Policy. Extra person charge is PHP 1,200 (Bed Sharing) and PHP 1,500 (with Extra Bed) inclusive of breakfast. 
  3. For your safety convenience, all rooms are equipped with a Safety Deposit Box. 
  4. “Make Up / Tidy Up My Room” Service is only upon the guest’s request. 
  5. Hanging of clothes and towels at the balcony to dry is prohibited. 
  6. All bathrooms are provided with a sanitary bag and waste bins for proper disposal of your tampons/sanitary napkins, condoms and toilet papers. 
  7. Quiet hours begin at 10:00PM. 
  8. Visitors and non-registered guests are no longer allowed to stay and/or to enter the room of a hotel guest after 10:00PM. If a visitor opts to remain after 10:00PM with consent from the registered guest, the hotel’s Extra Person Policy will apply. 
  9. It is the right of the Hotel to decline entry of a visitor to a guest’s room. 
  10. Pets are strictly NOT allowed inside the hotel. 
  11. During room check procedures, any damaged or loss hotel item and property shall be automatically charged and payable upon check-out. 
  12. The hotel guest agrees to pay all hotel bills upon check-out. For long staying guest (7 days or more), a bill arrangement must be agreed upon during check-in and the hotel reserves the right to discontinue any accommodation services for failure to settle bills. No refund will be made once the bill has been settled in full. 
  13. A 24-hour CCTV monitoring is in place. Trained security personnel also regularly conduct foot patrol in the whole premises. 
  14. Senior Citizen and PWD Discount Verification: To ensure a smooth check-out process and accurate discount application, kindly present valid government-issued Senior Citizen or PWD IDs at the time of service. This could be during food ordering, requesting extra beds, or upon check-in.We are unable to accommodate retroactive discounts for IDs presented after the service or stay has been completed.
  15. Designated smoking public areas are located in two different locations: Open Parking Space and Poolside Parking 


HOTEL NON-SMOKING POLICY 

 

The entire hotel premises and its guest rooms are SMOKE FREE AREAS. Our hotel associates will respond to potential violations of this policy. Our room and housekeeping attendants are trained to observe signs of smoking in the hotel. 


In compliance with local government regulations, smoking is permitted only in designated areas. This helps us provide a healthy and comfortable environment for all guests. Smoking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited and registered guest may be billed the corresponding charges up to PHP 5,000.00 

 

IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY 


  1. A loud alarm will be heard.
  2. Do not use the elevator. Please use the fire exit staircase; the panic door opens by pushing the lever.
  3. Remain calm. Hotel and security personnel will lead everyone to a designated evacuation area.
  4. You will be allowed to return to your room only once it is declared safe.
  5. An Emergency Exit Plan is posted inside your room. Please familiarize yourself with it to know how to proceed in an emergency.
