Her background in business and international cuisine from her degree in Le Cordon Bleu set the stage when she launched the hit online food business, along with two partners from the hotel and beverage industry. From bestsellers Ube Cheese Pandesal and Baked Sushi to other lockdown favorites ensaymada and mouthwatering specialty cakes, to delicious dishes such as highlands favorite Bulalo and Chicken Wings, clients kept asking for more. To keep up with the demand, Chef Laine opened its doors as Tagaytay’s newest and most exciting cafe and restaurant in 2021, “Binhi Bistro,” the new place to be in the foodie haven of Tagaytay to satisfy all your gastronomic desires.
